Returns & Exchanges

BODE accepts returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that unique, antique, or custom-made pieces are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and authenticity tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated courier location; once inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
